Your clinical referral centre has provided you with access to this REPLAGAL^® patient website because you have been prescribed REPLAGAL^® for you as a treatment for Fabry disease. This website will provide information about Fabry disease, support regarding your treatment with REPLAGAL^®, and sources of further information. For this purpose, we may collect, use, store and disclose information about you.
